Joseph Thompson --
Organizational Management, Leadership Development, and Church/Ministry Systems Consultant
Originally from Nigeria, West Africa, Joseph has enjoyed the privilege of living in many different parts of the world. A self professed "Forrest Gump," he has serendipitously found himself involved in numerous significant events across the globe, which have served to widen his cultural, relational, and professional experiences.
A self described Cultural Architect, Joseph has served as lead pastor at a number of churches, as well as associate pastor at a few others. His work experience also includes sales and management at a Fortune 500 company. He is really passionate about storytelling and helping people and organizations tell a better story with their "why." Joseph has truly mastered the art of storytelling as it relates to organizational growth, and he communicates those stories with characteristic probity and subtle humor, which make his insights easy to understand and implement.
Having gained a ton of experience in organizational management and leadership development over his many years of church ministry and the business world, Joseph now finds himself ‘criss- crossing’ the United States and ‘globe-trotting’ the nations, speaking at churches, organizations, and in conferences, workshops, and seminars.
He’s been married to his beautiful bride, Sola, for thirty-four years, and has three lovely adult children: a son, Demi, and two daughters, Bimi and Temi.
